1492 are currently assisting a Fortune 200 company in their search for an experienced Marketing Manager. The business is the market leader in eliminating contamination within manufacturing. Working across a variety of markets, this role will allow you to develop the business through segmentation and identification of target markets, brand positioning and awareness of the wider international macro market factors.
You will have overall responsibility for marketing planning, budgeting and campaigning including creative control, commercial development and product management. Focussing on retention and growth through assisting new product development and analytical pricing strategies, you will be an influencer at board level in an industry that may be unfamiliar with new/current marketing techniques. The role allows progression, training and the chance to work in a business dedicated to perfection.
A successful applicant will understand both the macro and micro marketing strategies within B2B using a mix of theories including Pestle Analysis, porters five forces and Ansoff's matrix. They will also have experience of the full marcomms mix, including product adaptable marketing campaigns for long-term customer retention and competitor analysis through data mining and KPI identification. It is essential that you have 5 or more years’ experience in a B2B marketing position that deals with international business.
You must also have previous strong people management experience and a proven track record of sales growth, lead acquisition and brand building. You should have an interest in technology and experience working with capital equipment, or a similar product. PR & Media management experience would be beneficial to this position and are desirable
