When we have identified candidates with the relevant qualifications, skills and experience we take time to fully understand the individual as well as their experience. We discover what’s behind the CV and what the individual motivations are. Once we have identified the most suitable candidate in terms of fit and aspiration we conduct face to face interviews we condense this knowledge into a written report to expand and add context to the CV.


Working with Thomas International we use a range of tests to better understand fit. Once we short list candidates to meet with you we administer these tests to provide a more objective perspective. These test assist in your recruitment process and can challenge or confirm your thoughts, making it easier to recruit with certainty.
